Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on a regular medication you will receive a computerised repeat prescription request form. This can be handed into the Surgery allowing two working days for completion.

You may request that your prescription be delivered to a named chemist to be collected at your convenience, please allow extra time for this, or if it is difficult for you to get to the Surgery to collect it, you can enclose a stamped addressed envelope and we will post the prescription to you.

Unfortunately, requests cannot be accepted by telephone as mistakes can occur, also, the use of the phone or fax reduces availability for urgent appointments or visits requests, hospital discharges and drug forms.
