General Appointments

Appointments are booked with the receptionists during normal surgery hours by telephone (01480) 413600 .

Patients are normally seen by appointment only. This is a group practice in which the workload is shared by the doctors available on any given day.

This means there may not be a vacant appointment with the doctor of your choice on the day requested. you will, however, be offered the first available appointment with one of the other doctors. Please make one appointment for each person to be seen.

Please inform the receptionist if you need a longer than usual appointment for additional discussions or a medical. Doing this will save you making another appointment at a later date.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify reception as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Please avoid telephoning for non-urgent appointments or results before 10.00am.

For routine matters please arrange to see your usual doctor, who will know your medical history. Try and make follow-up appointments well in advance.
