Comments & ComplaintsComplaints procedureWe offer a formal Practice Procedure to deal, not only with complaints, but also with comments and suggestions about the services we provide. Our system meets national criteria, and the Practice Manager
or her Assistant will give you further information. If you have a problem, we do prefer to deal with it
at an early stage while matters are clear in the minds of all concerned. Our aim is to give the highest possible standard of service, and we try to deal swiftly with any problem which may occur.
