Administration

All the administrative staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the Doctors and Nurses.

The Practice Manager

The Practice Manager Moira Cernik is responsible for the administration in the practice. Comments, suggestions and feed-back—both negative and positive are welcomed.

The Receptionists

The Receptionists perform one of the most difficult jobs in the Surgery. They will endeavour to provide the best service possible, whilst balancing the needs of patients, within the constraints of the appointment system. All appointments are computerised.

Secretarial and Administrative Staff

A team of practice staff deals with prescriptions, computer work, hospital, referrals, pathology results, filing and general administration.
